Leadership Development for Graduate Students is an advanced leadership training program of from the Bakrie Center Foundation, as part of The Bakrie Graduate Fellowship package. The program was initiated as an effort to assist in the preparation of future leaders. Implementation of LDGS presented to the BCF scholars and students of BCF’s university partners is conducted over 2 days in each region of BCF’s university partners. The program consists of mentoring and community development that aims to:

  1. Recognizing the values ​​and Indonesian-ness, usefulness and togetherness (dimension)
  2. Exploring leadership potential and actualization in the form of systemic concern to the region.
  3. Establishment and sharpening aspirations and vision for themselves and their environment. العاب ربح المال من الانترنت

Mentoring is an activity that involves practitioners coaching business/ industry. Its purpose is to broaden the horizon of the world practitioners and expand the mind-set of the participants. The implementation of the mentoring activities will involve a number of practitioners from the local chamber of commerce, KADINDA (Kamar Dagang dan Industri Daerah) and also other individuals who are considered worthy to be a mentor. تعلم كيف تلعب الروليت Participants will be divided into working groups. Each group will be provided 1 mentor from the program. Furthermore, each group is required to find 2 other mentors. Frequency of meetings with the same mentor is scheduled  periodically, every 3 months. So that each group will conduct regular meetings with a different mentor for each month.

Community Development (Comm Dev) is a philanthropic and/or community service activity. كيف تلعب لعبة بينجو Participants, as future leaders, are challenged to contribute to the community without having to wait until graduation. The program will also train participants on the sensitivity of a growing phenomenon in the community, especially concerning  the poor community. Implementation of this program will be synergized  with the local government’s Program for Community Empowerment. With the provision of intellectual ability, leadership training, and mentoring the participants are expected to contribute to community development projects in the region.
